Funding is available to Missouri athletes who are members of
a USA Team that competes in international competition.
(Payment is made following the competition for the USA.

Checks returned not payable from the bank, will disqualify a
team from further events, until all matters are settled.

All sanctioned events must have the sanction of USA
Gymnastics at least 45 days prior to the date of the event.

Must list
equipment being provided.

entered in your event.

Each team entering an event, must accompany their entry form
with an updated USA Gymnastics athlete, coach, judge roster.

entry form, not your own, which includes club number.

Eligibility meets - $45 1st
event, $5 each additional event.

Championship - $60 1st
event, $5 each additional event.

Admission is set by the event host, and must be included on
the event information.

New policy:
Each team (new clubs are exempt) is required to provide a
judge for each discipline entered. The penalty is $3 per
athlete per discipline that does not have a judge provided.
Checks are to be made to: USAGym-MOT&T, and must be in the
hands of the Missouri Director prior to a club’s athletes
being allowed to warm up and compete in a sanctioned event.

Awards

Eligibility
meet awards are the choice of the host team.

Flight awards will be given after each flight. Top 3 overall
awards will be presented for events with more than 1 flight.

State
championship awards shall include:
Medals for top 3 places (A-1 supplier), Ribbons for 4-10, Team
awards, Flight awards.

Meet schedule
preparation
-
Connie Fortner will prepare the meet schedule at a cost of
.75 per athlete. If you choose not to have Connie prepare
your meet schedule, you must list who is preparing the
schedule.

Meet schedules must be emailed to Regina Lance to be placed
in the computer program, 10 days prior to your event.
7. Meet levels
- Trampoline – level 1
through Sr. Elite
- Tumbling – level 1
through Sr. Elite (Missouri adds level 3B)
- Double Mini-Tramp –
level 5 through Sr. Elite
- Synchronized – level 1 through Sr. Elite -
Each syncro pair may be boy/boy, or girl/girl, or boy/girl, however
each athlete may only enter one syncro group. Athletes do not have
to be from the same team, and matching attire is optional.
- At the State Championships, no mixed pair
syncro, and only levels 9 and 10 compete and qualify.

Equipment
requirements

Must meet
current USA Gymnastics code of points.

Must have throw in mat for each trampoline, double
mini-tramp, and a sting mat for tumbling. The tumbling floor
must have sidelines marked.

Air time
equipment, or a suitable substitute must be provided.

Missouri state
championships
-
The state board and member clubs will
host the state championships. The meet will be held at MSSU
at the Legit & Platt Center. The state director will act as
meet director, and be paid $750, plue $1 per athlete
entered, and mileage @.43/mile, plus hotel.

Maintenance fee and web hosting $320/year
11 Coaches fund
- Profits from our Missouri state clinic will be used to fund
coaches who represent the USA, on an official USA Team.
(Due to a loss in revenue to cover judge’s pay, coaches fund has
been used to cover the shortage. The fund will be replaced.)
New policy:
Coaches and judges, who are named to the USA delegation in
international competition as part World Championship team are
eligible for funding.
12 Jump Start

Jump Start also operated at a loss last season.
New policy:
Entry fee for Missouri Jump Start testing for this season will be
$20

Items to remember

Athletes cannot
coach other athletes

All coaches
must have a current pro number

If you are sending another coach in your place, they must
have their pro number and proof with them.

No World
championship or World Age Group on an Olympic year

Mobility –
Athletes must enter at level 7 or below

Athletes may move up 2 levels during a local meet, with meet
directors approval

Mobility forms must be turned in to the
state director for level 8 and higher (Jr & Sr elite to
Elite program director)

If you compete in another state, and wish to use that meet
to mobilize, it is your responsibility to send a copy of the
results with mobility form to the state director

Meet Directors – You must complete the sanction requirements
including:

checking athlete and coaches current registration
- completing ALL INFORMATION on the sign in sheet for coaches and
judges
- forwarding email addresses for out of state teams to state
director

scores (results) must be posted at all meets
